Refund policy

We love to see our customers happy! We try to do our best to describe everything in full detail. However, we are human. Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, please email us and describe the issue. White Bear Turquoise will be happy to pay for return shipping if the issue is our mistake.

 If you are requesting a refund, once approved, items must be shipped in original condition, within 72 hours of receiving item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If this is an artist flaw, I will help you resolve as quick as possible. Keep in mind some or all of the items may not have been purchased directly from the silversmith or designer themselves.  Buyers are responsible for entering their correct address/contact information.

White Bear Turquoise is not responsible for items that have been lost, stolen, porch pirated, damaged or undeliverable by USPS, UPS or FEDEX or any other means of delivery. In person pick up orders must be fully discussed prior to purchase.
